These are the terms for using this website and for contacting us through it. By using the site or sending us your information, you agree to these terms. We will update them as needed.

Who operates this site

RUM Group, Inc. is responsible for this website and is the data controller for the personal information you submit through it. RUM Group, Inc. uses service providers, such as J. Russell & Associates, LLC, to operate this website on its instructions.

Using this site

Please use this site lawfully. Do not abuse the forms, do not impersonate other people, and do not submit someone else's information without their permission. We may remove access for anyone who misuses the site.

Information you give us

When you sign up for updates, ask a question, or RSVP, we collect the details you enter (your name, email, phone if you give one, and city) along with the IP address your message was sent from. We use the IP address only to estimate the general area (city or region) a message came from, so we can understand how much of the interest is local to Maysville and the surrounding area. Email communications and tracking

If you subscribe, we send you community updates by email through our email provider (Resend). These emails include standard open and click tracking, which tells us whether a message was opened and which links in it were clicked. We use this only to understand what people find useful and to improve our updates. We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not share it with advertisers. You can stop the emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, and you can limit open tracking by keeping images turned off in your email app.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses a cookie banner and, unless you turn them off, analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used (the pages people visit, how long they stay, the links they click, and how they found us). You can turn analytics off at any time in the banner or through the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of every page. A small number of strictly necessary cookies remain either way: one that remembers your analytics choice and, if you take the Community Benefits Survey, one that remembers that your device has already submitted a response. Deleting your information

You can ask us to delete the information we have about you. Email [email protected] and include your name, the email address you used, and your phone number so we can find your records and remove them.
