This website is operated by J.Russell & Associates, LLC, not by Rumble or Northern Data. J.Russell & Associates, LLC is the data controller for any personal information you submit through this site.
Using this site
Please use this site lawfully. Do not abuse the forms, do not impersonate other people, and do not submit someone else's information without their permission. We may remove access for anyone who misuses the site.
Information you give us
When you sign up for updates, ask a question, or RSVP, we collect the details you enter (your name, email, phone if you give one, and city) along with the IP address your message was sent from. We use the IP address only to estimate the general area (city or region) a message came from, so we can understand how much of the interest is local to Maysville and the surrounding area. Email communications and tracking
If you subscribe, we send you community updates by email through our email provider (Resend). These emails include standard open and click tracking, which tells us whether a message was opened and which links in it were clicked. We use this only to understand what people find useful and to improve our updates. We do not sell or rent this information, and we do not share it with advertisers. You can stop the emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message, and you can limit open tracking by keeping images turned off in your email app.
