A Community Benefit Agreement Committee was formed to help guide the development of an agreement that reflects community priorities. Before the agreement is finalized, RUM Group, Inc. invited residents to share which investments matter most to them and what expectations they have for the facility once it is running. The survey is now closed, and full results will be released soon.
